Choosing the Right STI Test
To ensure accuracy, every STI test requires a minimum window (or incubation) period after potential exposure. If testing is done too early, infections might not be detected, and results could be falsely negative.
There is no deadline for testing once this window is met. Many STIs show no symptoms, which is why regular testing is essential.
