If you’re very worried and want results as soon as possible, the 10-day HIV RNA test (Early Detection Screen) is a great option. It’s available just 10 days post-exposure and gives results in about three working days.

Keep in mind that this test is about 96% accurate at that stage, so it’s important to retest at 28 days with the HIV DUO to confirm a negative result.
