When Should You Test?
To ensure accurate results, STI testing should be done after a minimum “window period” — the time needed after potential exposure for an infection to show in testing.
Testing too early may lead to false negatives. If you’re unsure, speak with our team for guidance.
There is no maximum time limit for testing, and most infections show no symptoms, which is why regular screening is highly recommended for anyone sexually active.
